Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns.

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered.

3. Return Process:

Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at CarClixx or WhatsApp to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received.

Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and your return amount will be deposited in your given account within 7 working days.

4. Exchanges:

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange the exchange. You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and will cover the cost of return shipping.

6. Refunds:
